We are looking for an individual who is organised and friendly, a true people person to join our front of house team at Karen Wright Hair Salon in Thornton Heath, Croydon.
You will be required to:
•Welcome clients to the salon and direct them to the waiting area or appropriate staff member/ workstation
•Maintain Karen Wright Salon Clients' Care Policy
•Organise and provide information to respond to clients' enquiries
•Maintain a client appointments system ensuring the system is up to date at all times
•Ensure that client's technical and account records are accurately maintained
